I understand that unanticipated events happen. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

• Cancellations: A 4-hour advance notice is required when you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me to offer the time to another client. If you are unable to provide 4 hours' notice, a fee equal to the full session amount will be charged. This must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment for any reason, a fee equal to the full session rate will be charged.
• Late Arrivals: To ensure fairness to all clients, your session may be shortened to accommodate the appointments that follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time to provide a meaningful treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
